OUR HIRING POLICIES 

OUR PROFESSIONALS MEET OR EXCEED THE FOLLOWING:

  • Minimum of two years of recent hospital experience in the professional’s specialty.
  • Current professional license - in good standing.  We utilize the FACIS system which checks all 52 states and provinces for disciplinary actions.
  • Current CPR card and any additional certifications as necessary (i.e. ACLS, PALS etc.) 
  • Yearly physical stating the professional is in good health and free of communicable disease.
  • Negative 2-Step TB Test (or CXR if PPD is positive) and TB Questionnaire signed within the past year.
  • Proof of MMR, Varicella titer and Hep B titer or signed declination form. (All titers must be lab values)
  • Completed Skills checklist.
  • Competency test (minimum score of 80%)
  • 2 reference letters and verification of prior employment.
  • Completion of all mandated OSHA, age specific, HIPPA and safety training.
  • Negative 10 panel drug screen
  • National criminal background check including GSA, OIG, and FACIS (fingerprinting where required by state)
  • CEU’s as mandated by individual state requirements.

 

All our professionals must meet these requirements to work with our company.
Once we have found a professional interested in traveling to your facility, we will notify your designated contact person. You will receive a complete profile which includes: a resume, testing scores, credentials, professional references and evaluations. 

If the candidate presented meets your needs then we will gladly arrange a convenient interview time. The professional you choose will be there as scheduled, prepared to participate as a member of your team.
